Who doesn’t want to cozy up to a fire and a relaxing fragrance in the comfort of their warm home? So, take a blanket, make a nice tea, and try these wonderful smelling hacks for autumn! They really are good!
DIY Fall Coffee bean Centerpiece
As the name suggests, the coffee beans are going to be the source of the scent and it’s pretty simple to try. All you need are some small candles, each put in different glasses surrounded by coffee beans. And as the candle burns, the coffee beans will give off a warm smell that will spread throughout your home giving you the perfect fall vibes.
Herb Firestarter
Perfect for your living room with a fireplace. The good thing about this is that you can choose your own ingredients according to your taste. Cinnamon, lavender, orange, or anything that gives you the feeling of a perfect cozy fall evening.
Cinnamon Scented Pinecones
You can get some pinecones from your local store or just take a walk in a forest and find some pinecones. Then you can play around with their scent and add some essential oils (like cinnamon) that smell like autumn to you. And lastly, all you have to do is just place them in a bowl or around the home.
Cotton Balls & Essential Oils
If you want a very simple way to give your home a nice autumnal scent, then take some cotton balls and put a few drops of an essential oil of your choice onto them. Then place them around the home, hidden of course, and let the smell waft around your home. It really is a clever way to freshen up the house!
Baking Cookies
I LOVE baking cookies, so how is this not a good idea? Not only will your home smell cozy and good, but you’ll get to enjoy some hot and gooey chocolate chip cookies while watching a movie (or any cookie recipe of your choice!).
Everyone loves the smell of burning firewood from their fireplace but these hacks will up your seasonal game and make your home smell incredible. So give them a try! They’re pretty darn easy and some of them even taste good!
