Do you love splurging on beauty treatments and spa days but are tight on cash? Then make your own DIY beauty treatments at home without having to leave the house! Also, most of the ingredients are already in your kitchen! So give these ideas a try and let us know what you think!

Castor Oil

Instead of dropping $200 for lash extensions, use castor oil to help your lashes grow big and beautiful. You can easily apply castor oil before bed to your lashes, let it sit overnight while you sleep, and wash it off in the morning using your regular makeup remover.

DIY Acne Treatment

Unfortunately acne haunts us in our adulthood, but instead of using harsh chemical acne treatments, try putting honey on your face. Honey is beneficial because it destroys the bacteria that leads to pimples.

Baking Soda Exfoliant

We know baking soda is great for helping to whiten your teeth, but did you know you can also use it on your face? Baking soda can help remove dead skin and oils, and brighten your skin. You can mix one tablespoon of baking soda, add a few drops of water, and then blend until it turns into a paste.

Blackhead Remover

If you have issues with blackheads, then we have an easy and natural remedy by taking half a lemon and putting 3 or 4 drops of honey on it and applying directly by rubbing the lemon onto your skin. The honey will help to moisturize your skin and the lemon will help to remove marks and spots as well as remove blackheads.

Brown Sugar Scrub

Who doesn’t love a good sugar scrub to help exfoliate your skin? And the best part is that this DIY sugar scrub recipe only requires two ingredients: brown sugar and coconut oil. You can combine two cups of brown sugar with one cup of coconut oil and keep it stored in an airtight container to use whenever you want to have a little spa day at home.

You can quickly buy brown sugar here.

Reduce Eye Puffiness

If you have issues with puffy eyes, you can let bags of chamomile tea soak in cold water and place in the refrigerator for up to 10 minutes and then you can take them out and put on your eyes for 20 to 30 minutes to help reduce puffiness.

Whether you want to save money or don’t feel like leaving the home, there is always a great way to give yourself a beauty treatment. So give these ideas a try and let us know how it goes! Or check out more beauty hacks here.
