1. Green Tea
Known to everyone, green tea is a soothing drink that can help cleanse your body from toxins. Such a nice drink to have on a cold day with some honey and/or lemon!
2. Berries with Greek Yogurt
By topping your yogurt with berries and cinnamon, you are creating a snack full of fiber and protein that’s rich in antioxidants.
It’s a great breakfast and the cinnamon adds a nice flavorful twist.
3. Green Smoothie
This drink does not only appear green and soothing but can also help you detoxify from impurities.
Just put some of your green vegetables like cucumbers or celery (along with some sweet fruit) into a blender with water and your smoothie is ready.
4. Lemon & Olive Oil Dressing on Avocado
All you have to do is slice the avocados in half and drizzle some olive oil, lemon, and chili pepper to make a super easy detox snack.
5. Chia Seed Drink
For this, you just have to soak half a tablespoon of chia seeds in a glass of water for about 10 minutes and there you go; a refreshing detoxing drink!
You can also add natural flavors to your chia seed and water drink, but it’s up to you!
6. Frozen Watermelon Popsicles
A great summer snack (though still tasty all year round!) that you can enjoy while detoxing.
Cut watermelon into wedges, insert popsicle sticks into their skin, place on a baking sheet and freeze. Take out and eat whenever you’d like.
7. Kale Salad
There are many recipes for different kale salads (especially on Pinterest!), so just know that however you make it, the kale in it will definitely be helping you to detox.
With these easy-to-make snacks, you not only brighten up your day but also help your body take a break from all the junk and get cleansed.
