Pretzels: While snacks like pretzels are a more healthy option when trying to lose weight, they won’t help you while on the Keto Diet. So make sure to think about the snack’s ingredients before buying, even if it is a healthier option.

Limit the Fruits: Fruit is honestly great for any diet, but you’ll want to limit the amount you take in. So avoid things like berries or bananas to cut down on sugar and carbs.

Low-Fat Foods: Simply put, the Keto Diet is all about putting fat into your body, so you’ll want to avoid “low-fat” foods at all costs.

Margarine: This butter substitute is almost always very unhealthy (depending on the ingredients a certain brand might use). So you’ll always want to make sure you’re adding real butter to any of your dishes.

Avoid Bottle Salad Dressing: Bottle salad dressing is on our bad list of unhealthy ingredients for Keto dieters. They almost always contain a lot of additives that are very unhealthy for you (cheap oils, preservatives, etc.). So try making your own at home or check the ingredients before buying!

Beans: Again, you always want to make sure you’re avoiding foods that are high in carbs, and beans fall into that category. They’re healthy for you, but they’re not great for the Keto Diet.
