You’re Strong Enough to Overcome Your Childhood Trauma

Over the last five months, I’ve heard at least three people basically say the exact same thing.

They’ll go into their childhood trauma and all the things they’ve been through and say something like, “Yeah, but these are just things we’ll never get over. They’re things we have deal with it for the rest of our lives.”

Don’t believe this.

I’ve known so many people who have been through horrible things and because they were persistent and put in the hard work, they were able to overcome all the things that happened to them.

And you can too.

The problem with why these people think that what they’re saying is true is because they keep on repeating that same script to themselves over and over again.

They don’t let it die.

And because they believe this, they stay stuck in living in the same patterns, never moving forward in many important areas of their lives, and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Don’t keep on telling yourself that you can’t get rid of your pain and past wounds. And don’t let other people tell you that either.

You can, and you will.

You have what it takes to love yourself, heal, and bloom into something incredibly beautiful.

Keep on telling yourself the truth, keep on working on forming new habits and new scripts, and you’re going to get there.
