I honestly believe that Galentine’s can be celebrated whether you’re in a relationship or not.
Will it need to be held on a different date other than February 14 if you’re taken? Probably.
But that shouldn’t stop you from getting together with friends and having super tasty (and pretty) drinks and food and cute decor.
Just see it as an excuse to have a party and celebrate when the weather isn’t so great.
And whether you have 10 friends or two, it really doesn’t matter. Just grab a few of these Galentine’s party ideas, watch some sappy movies, have great conversations, and spend lots of good time together.
1. Ice Cream Sandwich Stations
I’m kind of in love with this set up.
You have a super cute cake stand, oversized delicious looking cookies, and three ice cream flavors to choose from.
Like how have I not gone to a party that has something like this? The idea is kind of genius. 👌

2. Take it to the Beach or Park & Have a Picnic
This of course completely depends on where you live, but if you do happen to live in a temperate place, then this is such a good idea. 👌
Get some pretty desserts, grab some coffee trays and charcuterie boards, and don’t forget the beverages, blankets, playlist, and maybe pizza.
3. Streamers & Flowers
Honestly, I really like this simple idea from Sugar & Charm.
It’s such an easy way to quickly make your space look ready for a Galentine’s party.
Just curate the right blooms + streamer colors, maybe have a friend help you set it up, and you’re good to go.
4. Rose Water Shortbread Cookies
If you need some desserts to make your Galentine’s food spread look amazing, then these should definitely be considered.
For one, they’re pretty darn aesthetic, and second, they sound like they’d taste amazing.

5. I’m Donuts Over You Valentine’s Day Printable
If you’ve ever (or might) consider having donuts be one of the sweets at your gathering, then I’m definitely gonna suggest this super cute DIY project.
It’s a great way to make things feel fun, cute, and festive.
Get the printable here.
6. Valentine’s Cinnamon Rolls
If cinnamon rolls are done right, they are ridiculously good.
Also, they’re just a great way to dress up your dessert table (but they probably won’t last long).
And if you have the time for them, then I’d definitely say go ahead and make them!
Here’s the recipe for some SUPER pretty pink cinnamon rolls here.
7. Make It a Pizza Party
Whether you make heart shaped pizzas at your place (which honestly sounds like a fun activity) or there’s a pizza shop that’ll do it for you, I think this is a pretty good idea.
Also, when does pizza not hit the spot?
8. Galentine’s Card Decorating
Get some paints, stickers, printed images, markers, high quality paper, and anything else you can think of for this fun group project.
You can make them for each other, a partner, or someone else you’re thinking about.
Just grab some desserts and drinks, put on a playlist, get the supplies, and you’re set.
