As I’m losing weight and making healthier choices so that I can actually live a healthy lifestyle, I really do feel like having simple and easy-to-grab lists of foods that will benefit my body are a must.

It’s so important to know exactly what you need to be eating so that you can make quick and healthy food choices at the grocery store and at home. Maybe think of it like a cheat sheet?

It’s something simple to easily take a look at so that you can grab a quick healthy snack or pair a few ingredients together for a tasty dinner.
