I have this weird relationship with oatmeal.
For some reason, I either love it or really don’t. So if it’s just been microwaved… it’s ok. I mean it’s not horrible, I’ll eat it.
But there’s something about having overnight oats that I love. The texture is SO much better and I really love that you can easily change the flavor to be whatever you want the night before.
So if you’re like me where you want to eat oatmeal, but also aren’t a huge fan of that quick and easy but not so awesome tasting microwave oatmeal, then you might like these overnight oats recipes. 🙂
